Ingredients for fluffy crepes

This version has a bit more oil but also a fluffier texture.

  • 200g flour
  • 200ml milk
  • 100ml sunflower oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml sparkling water
  • vanilla sugar
  • pinch of salt

Ingredients for low calorie crepes

This version is not so greasy but it tends to dry out if left uncovered.

  • 280g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 500ml milk
  • 30g melted butter
  • 100g sparkling water
  • vanilla sugar
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

Mix the dry ingrediengs in a bowl. Slowly add the dry components over the liquids. Mix until smooth.

Let the batter rest for 30 minutes (best overnight).

Cook the crepes on a hot griddle.
