Refreshing Tabbouleh

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of cooked bulgur
- 4 roma tomatoes with seeds removed
- 1 cucumber with seeds removed
- 2 cups of chopped parsley
- 4 green onions
- salt
- 1 cup of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
Finely chop vegetables and herbs, make sure to remove the watery part of the vegetables.
Mix the vegetables, herbs, lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
